They wanted the option to adjust operable louvers like you would find in Plantation shutters. This way they could control visiblity as well as air flow. The problem was that they did not want to have 8 or 10 Plantation shutters. Instead we built 4 oversized sliding doors with balanced operable louvers and mounted them on individual tracks.
