Kestrel Exterior shutters are hand made from clear, kiln dried Spanish Cedar which is in the highest classification for resistance to rot and decay. It is also a hardwood and is physically stronger and more durable than Western Red Cedar and Pine which are the common woods used for other exterior shutters.

True Custom Sizing and Custom Shutters

Custom exterior shutter designs and sizes are no problem. We never take stock sizes and cut them down to make them fit. Instead, each exterior shutter is made custom sized to fit your windows. We offer several exterior shutter options including custom thickness and wood species, panel cutouts and frame layouts. We also provide an historic reproduction service or we can work from your own drawings.

Well Made
